I felt safe with the COVID-19 protocols which included temperature checking, mandatory mask and hand washing, and stations spaced out to 6 ft. My only two suggestions would be to space the seats a bit more. It still felt too close for comfort when I had a client seated next to me along with their technician. My other suggestion would be to have your new nail technicians really take the time to paint their client’s nails. I felt like my technician was rushing on my nails. It’s only been a week and there’s already a wide gap between the polish and my cuticle. The nail technician didn’t paint as close to the cuticle of my nails. However, my nail technician who worked on my pedicure did an amazing job.Annie Nguyen

I LOVE BLISSFUL BEAUTY BAR! They’re techs are unmatched in talent when it comes to acrylics and nails in general. I’ve been here several times and they’re the only reason I would leave work early to make it in time before they close. I’ve seen Edie and Anna so far and both have been amazing. I usually just come in and have the receptionist seat me with the next available tech if Edie is busy, which he usually is. My job requires me to work a lot with my hands and they are always in full view to many sets of eyes. For that reason, it’s important that I keep up with them. I’ve been to many salons but no one compares to the “craftsmanship” and excellent detail that the techs here are capable of. The owner is also a great example and it reflects on the techs as all of them are good, very helpful people. I also get many compliments about my nails.Alondra Aguilar

This is my fourth visit at your salon and the service is great! However there’s a couple points I think could use improvement (at least with the nail tech I had). She (sorry I didn’t get her name) was very nice but she lacked in some areas. 1) I’ve been growing out my nails for about 4 months and they were at a good length, she asked if I wanted her to trim them down and I said yes (not expecting her to trim them off completely). I thought she would ask me how much I wanted cut down before doing so but she went on to cut my nails at the length she chose, and when I noticed it was too late. 2) She also didn’t ask me what shape I wanted my nails filed, because I assume she thought that I wanted them the shape they looked like they were before which was square round but I actually had them done square the last time I had came which is how I wanted them filed, but when I noticed she had rounded my nails she was already done filing and my nails looked to short to be able to go back to the square shape I wanted. 3) She put 3 coats of gel, even though I didn’t need it with the color I got. I usually wouldn’t mind this, since I’m sure she put 3 coats with good intentions; HOWEVER, last time that I got my nails done with her she also put 3 coats of gel and I noticed that the gel began to crack by the end of the second week which had never happened to me before. I assume that it cracked because of how thick the gel coats were on my nails. So I’m afraid that my gel will crack again after this manicure. ALSO, I feel that with the third coat of gel it makes a couple of my nails look a little lumpy (in the sense that they look more circular than the natural square shape of my nail). I realize that I am part to blame because I could have given my nail tech clear instructions ones I noticed that my nails weren’t looking the way I wanted, I just didn’t feel comfortable telling her to fix it because she had already spent her time on them and I would’ve felt bad making her fix them. These aren’t deal breakers for me, and I’ll still Keeping coming to get my nails done with you, just some constructive criticism I thought I could leave to help you improve your business.
